摘要:
研究pH值为4.5的NH4 Ac-HAc缓冲液中,在表面活性剂PVPK-30存在下,铁(Ⅲ)与茜素红生成可溶性有色络合物的显色反应条件。络合物最大吸收波长在600nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε600=2.93×104 L·mol-1.cm-1,铁的浓度在0~1mg/L范围内符合比耳定律。把拟定的分析方法用于发样和水样中微量铁的测定,获得满意结果。

Abstract:
A new spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of micro iron(Ⅲ). In the presence of the polyvinyl pyrrolidone K-30 and pH value 4.5 NH4Ac-HAc buffer solution,iron(Ⅲ) reacted with alizarin red to form a color complex with a maximum absorption at 600 nm,Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~1 mg/L,the aparent molar absorption coefficient is 2.93×104 L·mol-1 ·cm-1. The method has been applied to the determination of iron(Ⅲ) in water and hair samples with satisfactory results.
