| 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定龙血竭中剑叶龙血素C含量的方法,以Phenomenex C18反相键合硅胶色谱柱为固定相,水-乙腈(33:67)为流动相,流速1ml/min,检测波长为211nm;柱温35℃;用外标法定量。结果表明,剑叶龙血素C在42.85~342.8μg进样范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.9996),方法回收率为97.87%。本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为龙血竭中剑叶龙血素C的含量测定方法。 |

| To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Cochinchinenin C in Dragon's Blood,using Phenomenex C18 reverse phase column as fixed phase and water-acetonitrile (33:67) as mobile phase,flow rate of 1 ml/min,detecting at 211 nm,the temperature of column was 35℃ and quantitating with external standard method.It is founded that the standard curve of Cochinchinenin C was linear in the concentration rang of 42.85~342.8 μg (r=0.9996). The average recovery was 97.4%. It is suggested that the method was accurate,simple and reliable for determination of Cochinchinenin C in Dragon's Blood. |
