用L9(34)正交设计法进行灵香草浸膏的提取试验,研究乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、回流次数对浸膏得率的影响,确定提取灵香草浸膏的最佳条件后,再对所得粗产品进行脱色试验,优选出粗浸膏脱色的最佳条件。结果得到灵香草提取浸膏的最佳条件是80%乙醇加热回流提取3次,提取时间为5h,温度为90℃;浸膏脱色的最佳条件是加工业乙醇沉淀至85%后,用20%的活性碳脱色. |

Abstract: |
The orthogonal test design was used to arrange sequent experiments to test the effect of the four main factors,i.e.,consistency of ethanol,times of reflux,extraction time and temperature on the concrete yield of Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance,and to establish the optimal extraction conditions.They are:80% ethanol,refluxing for 3 times,extracting time 5 h,temperature at 90℃.Then the decoloration test was carried out to get the optimal decoloration conditions:precipitated to 85% with industrial ethanol,then decolored with 20% activated carbon. |
