5-硝基,N(2-磺酸基乙基)水杨醛亚胺Schiff碱的合成、表征及抑菌活性

摘要:
用自制的5-硝基水杨醛设计合成5-硝基,N(2-磺酸基乙基)水杨醛亚胺Schiff碱,用元素分析和红外光谱表征其组成和结构,并进行抑菌活性试验。结果得出,5-硝基,N(2-磺酸基乙基)水杨醛亚胺Schiff碱的分子式为:C9H8SO6N2Na,其对大肠杆菌和绿脓菌的抑菌环直径分别达12mm和10mm,比牛磺酸缩水杨醛Schiff碱的抑菌活性好。

Abstract:
5-nitro imino 2 sulfonicethyl salicyliclaldehyde Schiff base has been synthesized and characterized by elemental and infrared spectroscopy. Besides,the bacteriosatical of the compound has been tested.The result of capacities of bacteriosatatic test showed that average of diameter of the compound is 12 mm to colibacillus and 10 mm to pseudomonas aeruginosa respectively.
