| 为明确三亚珊瑚礁国家级自然保护区不同片区造礁石珊瑚的物种组成、群落结构和形态类群特征，揭示片区间珊瑚群落组成差异，本研究基于2019年的调查数据，采用分类学多样性指数、相对丰富度指数(R)及群落相似性系数等方法对三亚珊瑚礁国家级自然保护区内不同片区珊瑚礁物种组成、群落结构进行分析探讨。结果表明，在该保护区内调查到造礁石珊瑚13科40属129种，3个片区造礁石珊瑚种类差异较小，珊瑚种类数排序为鹿回头—榆林角片区＞亚龙湾片区＞东西瑁洲片区；3个片区造礁石珊瑚的科级、属级及种级相似性系数均处于较高水平，其中不同片区间科级相似性系数相对较高，而属级及种级相似性系数相对较低。3个片区造礁石珊瑚的分类学多样性分析表明，不同片区造礁石珊瑚群落多样性具有差异性，各个片区造礁石珊瑚种群组成存在差异。不同片区造礁石珊瑚的科级丰富度呈现一致性，均以蜂巢珊瑚科Faviidae为主，而在属级丰富度层面存在一定的差异。本研究明确了三亚珊瑚礁国家级自然保护区不同片区造礁石珊瑚的形态类群特征，可为丰富保护区内珊瑚礁资源提供理论指导及数据支持。 |

| In order to clarify the species composition,community structure and morphological group characteristics of hermatypic corals in different areas of Sanya Coral Reef National Nature Reserve,reveal the differences in coral community composition between areas,based on the survey data in 2019,this study analyzed and discussed the species composition and community structure of coral reefs in different areas of Sanya Coral Reef National Nature Reserve by using methods including taxonomic diversity index,relative richness index (R) and community similarity coefficient.The results showed that 129 species of hermatypic corals belonging to 40 genera and 13 families were found in the Sanya Coral Reef National Nature Reserve.There was little difference in coral species among the three areas.The number of coral species was Luhuitou—Yulinjiao zone>Yalong Bay zone >Dongmaozhou and Ximaozhou zone.The similarity coefficients of family,genus and species levels of hermatypic corals in the three areas were at a high level.Among them,the similarity coefficient of family level in different sections is relatively high,while the similarity coefficients of genus level and species level is relatively low.The taxonomic diversity analysis of hermatypic corals in three areas showed that the diversity of coral communities in different areas was different,and the composition of coral populations in each area was different.The family-level richness of hermatypic corals in different areas was consistent,and all of them were dominated by the family Faviidae,while there were some differences in genus-level richness.This study clarified the morphological group characteristics of hermatypic corals in different areas of Sanya Coral Reef National Nature Reserve,which can provide theoretical guidance and data support for enriching the coral reef resources in the reserve. |
