海南铜鼓岭国家级自然保护区海域造礁石珊瑚分布特征及其群落健康评价

摘要:
为探究海南铜鼓岭国家级自然保护区海域(以下简称铜鼓岭海域)造礁石珊瑚现状及其生态系统健康水平,本研究采用断面监测法与截线样条法,对铜鼓岭海域海水水质、物种组成与优势类群、造礁石珊瑚覆盖率、造礁石珊瑚补充量、大型藻类覆盖率及底质结构等指标开展调查分析,并从水环境、栖息地与生物群落3个维度对珊瑚礁生态系统健康状况进行综合评价。结果表明,铜鼓岭海域共记录造礁石珊瑚13科25属86种,群落结构以耐扰动的块状珊瑚为主,包括丛生盔形珊瑚(Galaxea fascicularis)、克里蒙氏角蜂巢珊瑚(Favites colemani)和澄黄滨珊瑚(Porites lutea)。铜鼓岭海域造礁石珊瑚平均覆盖率为9.17%,平均补充量为0.99 ind./m2,大型藻类平均覆盖率为3.31%。空间格局上,铜鼓岭海域南部海域底质以礁石为主,北部海域底质以沙和岩石为主。综合评价结果显示,铜鼓岭海域珊瑚礁生态系统总体处于亚健康状态。建议在现有调查基础上,构建长期、多指标的生态监测体系,重点跟踪极端天气事件后的造礁石珊瑚群落恢复轨迹,从而为保护区分区管控及适应性修复提供科学支撑。

Distribution Characteristics of Hermatypic Corals and Its Community Health Assessment in Hainan Tongguling National Nature Reserve Sea Area

Abstract:
To investigate the current status of hermatypic corals and the ecosystem health level in the sea area of Hainan Tongguling National Nature Reserve (hereinafter referred to as the Tongguling sea area),the seawater quality,species composition and dominant groups,hermatypic coral coverage,hermatypic coral recruitment,macroalgae coverage,and substrate structure in the Tongguling sea area were investigated and analyzed by cross-sectional monitoring method and cross-sectional spline method in this study.A comprehensive assessment of the health status of the coral reef ecosystem was conducted from three dimensions:water environment,habitat and biological community.The results showed that a total of 86 species of hermatypic corals belonging to 25 genera and 13 families were recorded in Tongguling sea area.The community structure was dominated by disturbance-resistant blocky corals,including Galaxea fascicularis,Favites colemani and Porites lutea.The average coverage of hermatypic corals in the Tongguling sea area was 9.17%,the average recruitment was 0.99 ind./m2,and the average coverage of macroalgae was 3.31%.In the spatial pattern,the sediments in the southern sea area of Tongguling sea area were dominated by reefs,while the sediments in the northern sea area were dominated by sand and rocks.The comprehensive assessment results show that the coral reef ecosystem in Tongguling sea area is generally in a sub-health state.It is suggested to construct a long-term and multi-index ecological monitoring system based on the existing survey,and focus on tracking the recovery trajectory of hermatypic corals communities after extreme weather events,so as to provide scientific support for zoning control and adaptive restoration of the reserve.
