采用二氯甲烷液液萃取-超高压液相色谱法测定阿特拉津的含量,确定的色谱条件是以甲醇-水溶液(60:40)为流动相,检测波长225nm,流速为0.300 ml/min,柱温28℃,进样量5μl。方法的检出限为0.05μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.173%~1.874%,加标回收率在86.0%~100%,能够满足环境监测的测定要求,可以用于饮用水和水源水中阿特拉津的测定。 |

Abstract: |
Atrazine in water was extracted by dichloromethane and determined by Ultra high pressure liquid chromatography.The mobile phase was methanol-water (60:40) with 225nm detection wavelength and 0.300 ml/min flow rate,and the column temperature was 28℃.The results showed that the detection limit was 0.05μg/L.The relative standard deviation was 1.173%~1.874%.Recoveries were between 86.0% to 100%,This method fulfilled the requirement of environmental monitoring and could be used for the trace detection of Atrazine in water environment. |
