采用正己烷液液萃取-超高压液相色谱法(紫外检测器)测定邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的含量,确定的色谱条件为:流动相为甲醇/水,梯度洗脱:0~1min=85/15(V/V),1~4min=95/5(V/V),4~7min=85/15(V/V);流速=0.300ml/min;柱温35.0℃;检测波长220nm;进样量5μl。方法的检出限分别为0.3μg/L和0.4μg/L,相对标准偏差分别为1.59%~3.86%和1.99%~3.86%,加标回收率分别为95.0%~99.7%和98.0%~106.5%,满足环境监测的要求,可以用于饮用水中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定。 |

Abstract: |
In this work,a method for determination dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) by using n-hexane based liquid-liquid extraction coupled with Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) was investigated.Experimental results indicated that the detection limits of DBP and DEHP were 0.3μg/L and 0.4μg/L; recoveries of the two phthalates were in the range of 95.0%~106.5%; relative standard deviation were in the range of 1.59%~3.86%.This method could be used for the detection of DBP and DEHP in environment. |
