摘要: |
建立一种ICP-MS半定量分析坭兴陶样品的方法。该方法采用获得的质量-灵敏度曲线确定样品中存在的元素种类及大致含量范围。经与标准物质GBW07402对照,坭兴陶样品中的7Li、51V、52Cr、55Mn、59Co、60Ni、65Cu、69Ga、88Sr、93Nb、137Ba、139La、140Ce等13种微量元素的含量范围为7~350mg/kg,分析准确度为±50%。 |

Semi-quantitative Analysis of Elements in Nixing China by ICP-MS |

Abstract: |
ICP-MS is used to conduct qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of elements in Nixing china samples. The types and concentration range of elements in samples were detected. The results showed there were 13 elements including 7Li,51V,52Cr,55Mn, 59Co, 60Ni,65Cu, 69 Ga,88Sr,93Nb,137Ba, 139La and 140Ce in Nixing china.The contents of elements were ranged from 7~350μg/g and RSD was±50%. |
