| 采用气相色谱-质谱分析方法从中药材金钱草的挥发油样品中共分离出48个色谱峰,鉴定出其中38个组分,占挥发油总含量的86.63%。金钱草挥发油的主要组分为酮、醇和萜类化合物,分别占总化合物的36.19%、26.14%和19.56%。金钱草挥发油化学成分的分析能为进一步研究和开发金钱草提供有利的科学依据。 |

| 48 components are separated and 38 components are identified, accounting for 86.63% of the total content,by gas chromatography-mass spectrometly.The main components are ketones,alcohols and terpenoids, accounting for 36.19%、26.14% and 19.56% of the total content, respectively. The present method can be used to provide useful information for further study and development of Lysimachia christinae Hance. |
