采用水蒸气蒸馏法加醋酸乙酯从花梨木木屑中提取挥发性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发性化学成分进行分析鉴定,确认出其中的30种成分,占色谱总馏出峰面积的90%以上。结果显示花梨木挥发性主要化学成分为β-桉叶醇,α-乙酸松油酯,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,2-甲基苯并呋喃,3-(1-甲酰-3,4-亚甲二氧基)-苯甲酸甲酯等化合物。 |

Abstract: |
The volatile oil was extracted from Ormosia henryi Prain by steam distillation, and its chemical composition was analyzed and identified by GC-MS method. As a result, 30 components were identified, which accounted for over 90% of the total volatile oil. The main constituents in the volatile oils from Ormosia henryi Prain were β-eudesmol,α-terpinyl acetate, butylated hydroxytoluene, 2-methylbenzofuran, methyl 3-(1-formyl-3,4-methylenedioxy)-benzoate, etc. |
