采用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)测定复方磺胺甲噁唑片中磺胺甲噁唑和甲氧苄啶的含量。运行电压20kV,运行缓冲液为25mml/L硼砂缓冲液(pH值8.5),压力进样5s,检测波长205nm。结果表明,该方法能够成功分离磺胺甲噁唑和甲氧苄啶,磺胺甲噁唑和甲氧苄啶的线性范围分别为25~200μg/ml和5~40μg/ml,相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9991,平均回收率分别为99.5%(RSD=2%)和97.6%(RSD=2%)。本方法简便、快速、灵敏,为复方磺胺甲噁唑片含量测定提供了一种新的分析方法。 |

Abstract: |
To establish a capillary zone electrophoresis method for the assay of compound sulfamethoxazole tablets.An HPCE method is used.The run buffer used was boric solution(25mmol/L,pH 8.5).The internal standard was ribavirin.The running voltage was 20kV and the detective wavelength was 205nm.sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim were separated completely.The linear ranges of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim were 25~200 μg/ml(r=0.9995) and 5~40μg/ml(r=0.9991),respectively.The average recoveries were 99.5%(RSD=2%) and 97.6%(RSD=2%),respectively. |
