| 摘要: |
| 运用微型有机合成技术,以芥酸和苯甲醇为原料、浓硫酸为催化剂合成芥酸苯甲酯,采用柱层析分离纯化,红外光谱IR、氢核磁共振谱1H-NMR、碳核磁共振谱13C-NMR、质谱MS等确证结构。结果表明,采用微型合成法能够在60~70min合成芥酸苯甲酯。该方法设备简单,试剂用量少,成本低,环境污染少,操作简便,节省时间,适合在有机合成中摸索反应条件时采用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Benzyl erucate was synthetized.Benzyl erucate was prepared by the reaction of erucic acid with benzyl alcohol in concentrated sulfuric acid in microscale organic synthesis.It was isolated and purified with column chromatography.Its structure was identified by IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR et al.The result showed that benzyl erucate was synthetized and identified on its structure.Unsaturated fatty acids can be synthetized quickly and conveniently by using microscale organic synthesis. |
