摘要: |
运用微型有机合成技术,以芥酸和无水乙醇为原料、浓硫酸为催化剂合成芥酸乙酯,采用柱层析分离纯化,红外光谱IR、氢核磁共振谱1H-NMR确证结构。结果表明,微型合成法能够在60~70cm内合成芥酸乙酯。该方法设备简单,试剂用量少、成本低、环境污染少、操作简便,节省时间,适合在有机合成中摸索反应条件时采用。 |

Abstract: |
Ethyl erucate was synthetized.Ethyl erucate has been prepared by the reaction of erucic acid with ethanol in concentrated sulfuric acid in microscale organic laboratory and isolated with column chromatography.Its structure was identified by IR and 1H-NMR.The result showed that ethyl erucate was synthetized and identified.Unsaturated fatty acids can be synthetized quickly and conveniently by using microscale organic synthesis. |
