摘要: |
运用微型有机合成技术,以芥酸和异丙醇为原料、浓硫酸为催化剂合成芥酸异丙酯,采用柱层析分离纯化,红外光谱IR、1H-NMR确证结构。结果表明,微型合成法能在60~70min合成出芥酸异丙酯。该方法设备简单,试剂用量少,成本低,环境污染小,操作简便,节省时间,适合在有机合成中摸索反应条件时采用。 |

Abstract: |
Isopropyl erucate was prepared by the reaction of erucic acid with isopropyl alcohol in concentrated sulfuric acid in microscale organic lab and purified with column chromatography. Its structure was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR.The result showed that isopropyl erucate was synthetized and identified.Unsaturated fatty acids can be synthetized quickly and conveniently with microscale organic synthesis technique. |
