| 为揭示不同生态型空心莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)在不同生境中的适应策略,本研究以水生与陆生两种生态型的空心莲子草为材料,通过同质园实验比较二者在有、无克隆整合情况下叶片数、株高、地径、分枝数、根系数量及生物量等指标的差异。结果表明,克隆整合使得陆生型植株先端分株的叶片数、地径、株高分别提高50%、24%和31%,基端分株的叶片数、地径分别提高56%和25%,基端分株的株高无显著变化;同时,克隆整合显著提高水生型植株基端分株的细根数、地下生物量与总生物量,增幅分别达102%、336%和152%。在整株水平上,克隆整合使得陆生型植株的叶片数与地径分别显著增加53%与24%,而水生型植株的叶片数与地径均无显著提升。两种生态型空心莲子草采用了不同的克隆整合策略,以适应各自不同的生境:陆生型通过克隆整合将更多资源分配给地上部分,而水生型则倾向于将资源分配给地下部分。 |

| In order to reveal the adaptation strategies of different ecotypes of Alternanthera philoxeroides in diverse habitats,this study conducted a common garden experiment to compare the aquatic and terrestrial ecotypes of A.philoxeroides.in terms of leaf number,ramet height,ground diameter,branch number,root number,and biomass in the presence and absence of clonal integration.The results showed that clonal integration increased the leaf number,ground diameter,and ramet height of terrestrial apical ramets by 50%,24%,and 31%,respectively,and increased the leaf number and ground diameter of terrestrial basal ramets by 56% and 25%,respectively.However,it did not significantly affect the ramet height.For the aquatic ecotype,clonal integration substantially raised the fine root number,belowground biomass,and total biomass in basal ramets by 102%,336%,and 152%,respectively.At the whole-plant level,clonal integration significantly increased leaf number and ground diameter in the terrestrial ecotype by 53% and 24%,respectively,whereas no significant increase was observed in the aquatic ecotype.These results demonstrate that the terrestrial and aquatic ecotypes of A.philoxeroides employ distinct clonal integration strategies,thereby adapting to their respective habitats.The terrestrial ecotype allocates more resources to aerial growth,whereas the aquatic ecotype preferentially invests resources in the belowground part. |
