| 为系统评估东寨港海草床碳储量现状,明确植被碳库与沉积物碳库的储量规模、空间分布及贡献占比,揭示生物与水环境因子对碳储量的影响特征,本研究基于2024年11月现场调查数据,开展了碳储量估算及影响因素分析。结果表明,东寨港海草床总碳储量为8 967.45 Mg C,其中沉积物碳库贡献最大(8 964.06 Mg C),占比99.96%,植被碳库贡献较小(3.39 Mg C),占比0.04%,呈现“沉积物主导、植被辅助”的碳库结构。海草优势种贝克喜盐草(Halophila beccarii)盖度与生物量偏低,地下生物量碳库碳储量显著高于地上。碳储量空间差异显著,整体呈北部口门(A区)>南部湾顶(E区)>西部近岸(B区)>中部港湾(C区)>南部湾顶(D区)的分布格局,水动力强度与底质类型是核心调控因素。沉积物有机碳在垂向上以0—35 cm为富集层。相关性分析显示,盐度(Sal)、溶解氧(DO)、温度(T)、悬浮物(SS)与植被生物量碳库及海草生长指标呈极强正相关;茎枝高度与溶解性无机氮(DIN)呈极强正相关,这反映海草生长对氮素具有一定依赖性;但区域水体DIN与活性磷酸盐(PO33--P)浓度整体偏高,长期富营养化背景仍可能对海草生长与碳积累产生抑制作用。本研究结果可为海草床保护、修复与蓝碳管理提供科学依据。 |

| To systematically assess the current status of seagrass bed carbon storage in Dongjiang Port,clarify the size,spatial distribution,and contribution ratio of vegetation and sediment carbon storage,and reveal the influencing characteristics of biological and environmental factors on carbon storage.This paper estimated the carbon storage and analyzed the influencing factors based on field survey data from November 2024.The results showed that the total carbon storage of seagrass bed in Dongzhai Port was 8 967.45 Mg C,with the sediment carbon storage (8 964.06 Mg C) exhibiting the largest contribution (99.96%) and the vegetation carbon storage (3.39 Mg C) exhibiting the lowest contribution (0.04%),which presented a “sediment-dominated and vegetation-assisted” pattern.The coverage and biomass of the dominant seagrass species Halophila beccarii were low,with the below-ground biomass carbon storage being significantly higher than that of the aboveground biomass carbon storage.Carbon storage exhibited significant spatial differences,showcasing the overall distribution pattern of north entrance gate (region A) > top of the southern bay (region E) > western nearshore (region B) > central port (region C) > top of the southern bay (region D).Hydrodynamic strength and substrate type were core regulators.Organic carbon in the sediment mainly accumulated in the 0-35 cm layer.Correlation analysis showed that Salinity (Sal),Dissolved Oxygen (DO),Temperature (T),and Suspended Solids (SS) were positively correlated with vegetation carbon storage and growth indicators,and shoot height was highly positively correlated with Dissolved Inorganic Nitrogen (DIN),which indicated that the growth of seagrass depended on nitrogen.However,the concentrations of DIN and active phosphate (PO33--P) in the regional water body were generally high,and the long-term eutrophication still inhibited the growth and carbon accumulation of seagrass.The results of this study provide a scientific basis for the protection,restoration,and blue carbon management of seagrass beds. |
