大型海藻养殖与海洋碳汇:研究进展、关键机制及展望

摘要:
海洋碳汇(蓝碳)是缓解全球气候变化、实现“碳中和”战略目标的核心路径。大型海藻作为近海生态系统的初级生产者,其规模化养殖兼具经济价值与碳汇功能,在海洋碳循环中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文系统总结近年来大型海藻养殖碳汇领域的研究进展,重点阐释大型海藻的全链条机制(碳吸收、转化、储存、迁移与封存),梳理碳汇潜力评估的三大核心方法(直接评估法、间接评估法、模型模拟法),分析养殖品种、环境因子、养殖模式及管理措施对碳汇潜力的调控作用,剖析当前研究核心瓶颈,并结合“碳中和”目标与蓝碳产业需求,展望未来研究方向与产业化应用前景,以期为海藻养殖与蓝碳增汇协同发展提供系统的理论参考与技术支撑。

Abstract:
Marine carbon sinks (blue carbon) serve as a core pathway for mitigating global climate change and achieving the strategic goal of carbon neutrality.The large-scale cultivation of macroalgae-the primary producers in coastal ecosystems-integrates economic value and carbon sink functions,playing an irreplaceable role in marine carbon cycles.This paper systematically reviews the recent research progress in macroalgae cultivation for blue carbon sinks,focusing on the whole-chain mechanism of macroalgal carbon fixation (carbon uptake,conversion,storage,translocation,and sequestration),and summarizes three core methods for carbon sink potential assessment (direct assessment,indirect assessment,and model simulation).It further analyzes the regulatory effects of cultivated species,environmental factors,cultivation modes,and management measures on carbon sink potential,identifies key bottlenecks in current research,and proposes future research directions and industrial application prospects in line with the carbon neutrality goal and blue carbon industry demands.This review aims to provide systematic theoretical references and technical support for the coordinated development of macroalgae cultivation and blue carbon sink enhancement.
