大孔树脂吸附纯化女贞子三萜类化合物的研究

摘要:
对比研究4种商品化大孔树脂(HPD500,HPD600,D101,AB-8)吸附纯化女贞子三萜类化合物的性能。结果AB-8树脂最适合女贞子三萜类化合物的纯化。洗脱剂乙醇的体积分数为95%,上样液pH值为6时,采用AB-8大孔吸附树脂对女贞子三萜进行纯化效果最优,产品的洗脱率达78.86%,纯度达34.41%。

Abstract:
The purification Ligustrum lucidum total triterpenes with four commercial macroreticular resins was studied.The results showed that AB-8 was the most appropriate resin for the purification of Ligustrum lucidum total triterpenes, with a ethanol desorption agent concentration of 95%, work solution pH value 6.Desorption ratio and product purity reached 78.86% and 34.41% separately.
