广西产棒柄花的化学成分研究

摘要:
为了研究棒柄花的化学成分,采用硅胶柱层析色谱、气相色谱-质谱联用技术和重结晶方法分离和纯化广西产棒柄花(Cleidion brevipetiolatum)乙醇提取物石油醚部位和氯仿部位的化合物,通过理化性质和波普技术鉴定化合物结构。结果分离并鉴定了29个化合物,其中17个脂肪酸,2个脂肪烃,2个脂肪醇,4个脂肪烃酸酯,1个脂肪烃酮,蒲公英赛酮,3-乙酰氧基-12-齐墩果烯-28-醇,豆甾醇。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:
To study the chemical constituents of the traditional Chinese herb from Cleidion brevipetiolatum.Twenty nine compounds (incuding seventeen fatty acid compounds, two hydrocarbons, two aliphaticalcohols, four fatty acid esters, one fatty ketone, taraxerone, 3-acetoxyolean-12-en-28-ol, and stigmasterol) were isolated by using silica gel column chromatography and recrytallization.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties, GC-MS and spectroscopic analysis.All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
