选用在线淋洗液发生器产生的KOH为淋洗液,Dionex IonPac AS11HC分离柱阴离子交换分离,电导检测模式,对辛伐他汀样品中的杂质甲烷磺酸(MSA)进行分离测定,建立辛伐他汀中甲烷磺酸的离子色谱分析方法。结果表明,方法在0.02~0.30mg·L-1范围内线性良好(r2>0.9994),样品的保留时间、峰面积和峰高的RSD在1.25%以下(n=10),检出限为4μg·ml-1,回收率为84%~112%。方法简便、快速、准确,可以在辛伐他汀产品的检验中发挥重要作用。 |

An analytical method for the determination of methanesulfonic acid (MSA)in simvastatin product was developed by ion chromatography. The determination of MSA was achieved on a separation column IonPac AS11HC with KOH as eluent, and the detection was performed by a conductivity detection mode. The calibration graphs for MSA were linear in the large ranges. The relative standard deviations (RSD)were less than 1.25%. The detection limit of this method was 4μg·ml-1. The recoveries of added standard were 84%~112%. The results indicated that the method was simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of MSA in the sample simvastatin. |
