示波极谱法测定水中硫化物

摘要:
用示波极谱法测定水中硫化物,发现在酸性的Fe3+存在下,S2-与对-氨基苯二甲基盐酸盐(p-ADAD)反应生成的亚甲基蓝在单扫描示波极谱仪上产生灵敏极谱波,导数波高与S2-浓度在0~20μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为0.013μg/ml。该方法已成功应用于多种废水中痕量S2-的测定,加标回收试验的回收率为98.7%~105.2%。该方法简便,灵敏,快速。

Abstract:
A new method for determination of sulfide by oscillopolarography was proposed.In acidity, under the existence of Fe3+, S2- with p-ADAD would produce Methylene blue. Then methylene blue produce a sensitive reductive wave on dropping mercury electrode at -0.32 V (vs.SCE).The wave height is linear with the concentration of S2- in the range of 0~20μg/ml.The detect limit is 0.013μg/ml.The method is sensitive, rapid and simple.Contents of S2- in several water samples were assayed by this method, the recoveries of the range 98.7%~105.2% were obtained.
