涠洲岛南湾港海域发生铜绿微囊藻赤潮实例分析

摘要:
根据涠洲岛南湾港海域铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)赤潮期和非赤潮期的水质监测资料,对比分析赤潮期和非赤潮期该海域的海水水质状况。在赤潮期,铜绿微囊藻数量达2.08×1010个/升,占浮游植物总量的99.95%以上,COD浓度为4.47mg/L,DO含量为11.2mg/L,Chl-a浓度为22.5μg/L,海域营养状况指数为0.01~0.08,属贫营养型水域,除赤潮中心外,水质没有受到有机污染。在非赤潮期,COD浓度为0.82mg/L,DO含量为7.2mg/L,Chl-a浓度为3.8μg/L,全部测值均符合一类海水标准,水质状况良好。

A Case Analysis of the Microcystis aeruginosa Red Tide Occurring in the Sea Field of Nanwan Harbor,Weizhou Island

Abstract:
According to comparison of the water quality data monitored at the Microcystis aeruginosa red tide time and monitored at non-red tide time in the Nanwan Harbor,Weizhou Island,the sea water quality of this area was studied.During the red tide term,the biomass of the M.aeruginosa was up to 2.08×1010 ind./L,accounted for more than 99.95% of the total amount of the phytoplankton,and the water items were 4.47mg/L of COD,11.2mg/L of DO and 22.5μg/L of Chl-a.The nutrition state index in the sea area was 0.010.08,showingthat it was the poor nutrition type water areas where no organic pollution was aroused except red tide centre.At the non-red tide time,the water items such as 0.82mg/L of COD,7.2mg/L of DO and 3.8μg/L of Chl-a,which all comply with the first grade sea water standard,showing the water with perfect quality.
