粗纤维对笼养黑叶猴食物选择的影响

摘要:
2002年3月~12月在广西南宁市动物园,采集小叶榕(Ficus parvifolia)、茉莉花(Jasminum sambac)、胡枝子(Lespedeza bicolor)等14个树种的树叶,投喂3只笼养的黑叶猴(Trachypithacus francoisi),统计黑叶猴对投喂食物的摄入量,测定食物的粗纤维含量,并对纤维含量与食物摄入量之间进行相关分析和回归分析,探讨纤维含量对黑叶猴食物选择的影响。结果得出,春季,食物中粗纤维含量与黑叶猴食物摄入量无显著性相关(P>0.05),夏季、秋季和冬季,食物中粗纤维含量与黑叶猴摄入量呈显著负相关(P<0.01),说明黑叶猴倾向于取食粗纤维含量较低的食物,粗纤维含量只是影响黑叶猴食物选择的因素之一。

Abstract:
14 food species,including Ficus parvifolia,Jasminum sambac,Lespedeza bicolor were collected and were fed to the 3 black leaf monkeys(Trachypithacus francoisi) in cage in Nanning zoo of Guangxi from March to December in 2002.The statistic of food intakes was conducted and the crude fiber content in food was determined.The correlation analyses and regression analyses between them were made in order to study the influence of crude fiber content on food intake of the black leaf monkey.The results indicated that in spring,no significant correlation existed between the crude fiber content and the food intake of the black leaf monkey(P>0.05);however,significant negative correlations were shown between them in summer,autumn and winter(P <0.01),meaning that the black leaf monkey tended to feed on low crude fiber food and the crude fiber content was just one of the factors that affected their food selectivity.
