金钱树苗期光合特性研究

摘要:
运用美国LI-COR公司制造的LI-6400便携式光合作用测定系统,研究设施内金钱树(Zamioculcas zamiifolia)的光合特性。结果表明:金钱树叶片净光合速率的日变化呈双峰型,有明显的"光合午休"现象。金钱树苗期的光饱和点为427μmol·m-2·s-1,光补偿点为38μmol·m-2·s-1;CO2饱和点为1200μl·L-1,补偿点为60~70μl·L-1。对高温(>30℃)的反应敏感。金钱树适合于遮阴环境下生长。

Abstract:
The LI-6400 Portable Photosynthesis of LI-COR was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics in leaves of Zamioculcas zamiifolia seedings in greenhouses.The results showed that the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate in leaves has a bimodal curve,and there is an obvious "midday depression" phenomenon.The light saturation point was about 427 μmol·m-2 ·s-1,the light compensation point was about 38 μmol·m-2 ·s-1,the CO2 saturation point was about 1200 μl·L-1,and CO2 compensation point was about 60~70 μl·L-1.The photosynthesis was more sensitive to the higher temperature (>30℃).These indicated that the growth of Zamioculcas zamiifolia was better in shading.
