对产自中国黑龙江扎兰屯地区的蓝萼香茶菜[Isodon japonica(Burm.f.) Hara var.glaucocalyx(Maxim.) Hara]和齐齐哈尔地区的益母草(Leonurus japonicus Houtt.)进行染色体观察和核型分析。蓝萼香茶菜染色体数目为2n=24,益母草染色体数目为2n=20。间期核,蓝萼香茶菜和益母草均为复杂染色体中心型。染色体核型公式分别为K(2n)=2x=24=2 M+18m+4sm和K(2n)=2x=20=6m+14sm,核型均为"2A"型。染色体相对长度组成分别为2n=24=2L+8M2+14M1和2n=20=10M2+10M1。 |

Abstract: |
This paper deals with karyotype studies on Isodon japonica var.glaucocalyx and Leonurus japonicus from Zhalantun and Qiqihar city.The results showed that the diploid chromosome number of was 2n=24 and the Leonurus japonicus was 2n=20,agreeing with the previous report.The densely diffuse type in Isodon japonica var.glaucocalyx and Leonurus japonicus were showed in the interphase.Their karyotypes were formulated as K(2n)=2x=24=2M+18m+4sm in Isodon japonica var.glaucocalyx and K(2n)=2x=20=6m+14sm and belong to "2A" of stebbins karyotype symmetry.The chromosome composition of relative length were 2n=24=2L+8M2+14M1 and 2n=20=10M2+10M1. |
