通过控制介质条件、矿浆浓度、漂白剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等参数,用连二亚硫酸钠对膨润土中以氧化物、氢氧化物形式存在的Fe3+进行除铁处理。试验产品白度为77.5,比原矿(26.5)提高近2倍,Fe2O3含量由6.51%下降为2.0%,浸出率达70%。通过漂白处理后的膨润土已经可以用来制作对白度要求较高的高附加值产品。 |

Influencing Factors of Bentonite Bleaching Technology |

Abstract: |
By the control of the ore pulp concentration,pH value, the content of bleaching agent (Na2S2O4), reaction temperature and time, most of the Fe3+ (oxide or hydroxide) in bentonite was removed The whiteness of bentonite was improved from26.5 to 77.5 and content of Fe2O3 came down from 6.51% to 2.0%. The quality of bentonite was much improved. |
