流动注射分光光度法测定微量镉的研究

摘要:
研究在Triton X-100存在下,以苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯(BTDAB)为显色剂的流动注射分光光度法测定微量镉的新方法。用pH值9.5的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液作载流,BTDAB和Triton X-100的混合液作试剂流,在520nm波长下测定镉。进样频率为120样次/小时,镉量在0mg/L~0.6 mg/L内遵守比尔定律,方法的检出限为2.0×10-8 g/ml。直接应用于废水中镉的测定,结果满意。

Flow Injection Spectrophotometric for the Determination of Trace Cadmium

Abstract:
A flow injection spectrophotometric for the determination of trace codmium was developed.This method used pH9.5 borax-sodium hydroxide buffer solution as the carrier flow, the mixed solution of benzothiazolydiazo-aminoazobenzene(BTDAB) and Triton X-100 as the reagent.Cadmium formed an orange-red complex with BTDAB, which was detected at 520 nm. The sampling frequency was 120 samples/hour. Beer's law was obeyed by cadmium in the range from 0 mg/L to 0.6 mg/L. The detection limit was 2.0×10-8 g/ml. The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace cadmium in waste water with satisfactory results.
