| 为探讨半封闭性潟湖潮间带中贻贝群落多样性格局及其对环境因子的响应趋势,本研究以海南陵水黎安湾潟湖潮间带的贻贝群落为研究对象,采用定量采样与多环境因子测定相结合的方法,对近岸6个站位的贻贝物种组成、空间分布特征及其与主要水环境因子的关系进行系统分析。结果表明,共鉴定出贻贝5属6种,其中变化短齿蛤(Brachidontes variabilis)为优势类群,并发现入侵物种斑纹小贻贝(Mytella strigata);物种丰富度在空间上存在显著差异。相关性分析与基于距离的冗余分析(distance-based redundancy analysis,dbRDA)结果显示叶绿素a与氨氮是驱动群落分布格局的关键环境因子。贻贝群落对营养盐具有明显的响应趋势,优势种分布与化学需氧量关系显著。本研究为热带潟湖潮间带贻贝生物多样性保护以及基于生物指示的生态监测提供了重要基础资料,并为后续多时点监测设计提供了理论支撑。 |

| To explore the diversity pattern of mussel communities in the intertidal zone of a semi-enclosed lagoon and their response trends to environmental factors,this study takes mussel communities as the research object.The research site is located in the intertidal zone of Li'an Bay lagoon in Lingshui,Hainan.By combining quantitative sampling with multi-environmental factor measurement,a systematic analysis was conducted on the species composition,spatial distribution characteristics of mussels at six coastal stations,as well as their relationships with major aquatic environmental factors.The result show that a total of 6 species belonging to 5 genera of mussels were identified.Among them,Brachidontes variabilis was the dominant group,and the invasive species Mytella strigata was also detected.Significant spatial differences were observed in species richness.Correlation analysis and distance-based redundancy analysis (dbRDA) revealed that chlorophyll a and ammonia nitrogen were the key environmental factors driving the community distribution pattern.The mussel community had an obvious response trend to nutrients,and the distribution of dominant species had a significant relationship with chemical oxygen demand.This study provides important basic data for the conservation of mussel biodiversity in the intertidal zone of tropical lagoons and ecological monitoring based on biological indicators,and provides theoretical support for subsequent multi-time point monitoring design. |
