摘要: |
[目的]建立评价解毒草(Onychiumjaponicum(Thunb.) kunze var.Japonicum)薄层色谱分析方法。[方法]以有效成分菊苣酸为指标,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(3:6:1)为展开剂,建立解毒草的专属性薄层色谱,并评价10个不同产地解毒草的品质。[结果]不同产地解毒草药材与对照色谱在相应位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,且斑点清晰,比移值(Rf)为0.66。[结论]薄层色谱法能够有效对解毒草进行鉴别,且该方法简便、准确,具有较好的适应性。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To establish a TLC method for the identification of Onychiumjaponicum (Thunb.) kunze var.japonicum.[Methods] Chicoric acid used as indicators and petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-formic acid(3:6:1) used as developing agent.[Results] The same color spots were shown in the corresponding position of the Onychiumjaponicum (Thunb.) kunze var.japonicum from different origin,and the spots were clear.The Rf index was 0.66.[Conclusion] The TLC method is effective for the identification of the Onychiumjaponicum (Thunb.) kunze var.japonicum, and it is simple and reliable. |
