| 为加强灰霾天气的认识和防控,对南宁市2010年6月至2011年5月的空气实际监测数据进行分析,找出影响南宁市灰霾天气的气象因素和环境空气质量因素,再结合当前国内广泛采用的灰霾天气预警标准,提出南宁市灰霾天气预警方案。该方案分为实况发布、内部通报和公开预警3个层次,灰霾天气预警在每个层次均能及时得到发布。 |

| Abstract: |
| In order to strengthen the understanding and prevention of haze, the data of air real-time monitoring from June 2010 to May 2011 was analyzed and the factors affected the haze weather, meteorological status and environmental air quality were identified. These results are combined with the haze weather warning criterion widely used in domestic and a haze weather early warning scheme is proposed. The scheme is divided into live release, internal communications and public warning. The haze weather early warning can be release timely in every level. |
