| 2010年1月至2012年12月对南宁市北湖北路社区200例原发性高血压患者进行药物现状调查,并对其中的76例患者进行用药调整和不良生活方式干预,4周后评价疗效和费用。结果76例患者血压下降,有效率达100%,65例患者血压降至140/90mmHg以下,达标率85%,平均费用增加0.6元/天。调整适宜的药物联合不良生活方式干预治疗高血压能够取得良好的疗效和经济效益。 |

| Abstract: |
| The Investigation was carried out on the medicine usage of the 200 patients with essential hypertension lived in the North Beihu Road Community, Nanning in January 2010 and December 2012. 76 patients were adjusted medication and their unhealthy life style was intervened. The efficiency and cost were evaluated after four weeks. It showed that, blood pressure of 76 patients decreased with 100% effective rate. Blood pressure of 65 patients decreased to 140/90mmHg with 85% compliance rate and the average cost increased 0.6 yuan/day. Therefore, the employment of the medication adjustment and unhealthy lifestyle intervention in treating patients with hypertension can be effective and economic benefit. |
