基于BP神经网络的高校实验技术人员绩效评价模型

摘要:
针对高校实验技术人员绩效评价具有多目标、多层次和多因素等特点,提出基于BP神经网络的高校实验技术人员绩效评价模型,并进仿真实验。该模型将实验技术人员的评价指标量化后作为输入层,以实际评价结果为输出目标,通过样本训练BP神经网络,运用训练好的BP神经网络对实验技术员的绩效进行综合评价。该模型输出值与实际目标值及真实评价值都相当接近,得到较为满意的评价结果。

A Performance Evaluation Model for University Experiment Technician based on BP Neural Network

Abstract:
According to the features of the experimental technicians' performance evaluation including multi-objectives, multi-levels and multi-factors, the evaluation model on BP neural network is proposed and verified by simulation experiment in this paper. Taking the experimental technicians' evaluation indexes after quantization as input data and the actual results of evaluation as target output, the BP neural network is trained by using sample data for the evaluation of the experimental technicians' performance. The empirical research shows that the results of performance evaluation by model based on BP neural network are more satisfactory than traditional model, which the output value is quite consist with the actual value of evaluation.
