摘要: |
观察研究室内育苗、池塘中间培育和海区养殖过程中的方格星虫的消化道发育和摄食特点。结果表明,方格星虫消化道结构由"C"环结构发育成双肠环结构,变态7~10d后,发育完善;消化道随体长和生长日龄增加而增大,成体方格星虫消化道约为其体长的4倍;摄食饵料由单胞藻转变为底栖藻类和有机碎屑,幼体摄食最大沙粒径小于翻吻触手基径;方格星虫具有沙表进食习性。 |

Abstract: |
By observing the Sipunculus nudus from indoor nursery,pond culture and sea farming,the digestive tract development and food intake behaviors were studied.The result showed that the digestive tract of Sipunculus nudus changed to forming a double helix and composed of two coiled loops developed from the shape "C" circle.The complete structure development needed 7~10 days after metamorphosis.The length of digestive tract grew longer and wider,which was about 4 times as long as the body length of the mature one.The food intake changed from unicellular algae to benthic algae and organic detritus.The sand size that the larve could eat was smaller than the diameter length of tentacle base,which indicated that the Sipunculus nudus searched food from the sand surface. |
