总结介观RLC串联电路进行量子化的受迫阻尼振子、构建哈密顿量和正则变换、阻尼谐振子正则变换、构建哈密顿量和幺正变换及电阻内部机制等5种不同方法,并分析量子化电路在真空态下的电荷、电流的量子涨落以及它们的乘积.同一电路采用不同的量子化方法所得的结果不同,其根本原因在于对系统选择了不同的哈密顿量. |

Five Quantization Methods of the Mesoscopic RLC Series Circuit |

Abstract: |
The mesoscopic RLC series circuit are quantized by five different ways which are the forced damp harmonic vibration,the construct the Hamiltonian and associated canonical transformation,the damped harmonic vibration canonical transformation,the construct the Hamiltonian and associated unitary transformation and the inner construction of the resistance are summarized.The quantum fluctuations of the charge,the current and their products are analyzed when the system in the vacuum state.The different results from the same circuit quantized by different methods are due to the different chice of the Hamiltonion of the system. |
