关于不动产估价课程教学存在问题及改革思考

摘要:
不动产估价课程是一门涉及面广、实践性很强的课程,现实教学中存在着理论教学与实践相脱节、教材选择不好、野外实习不够重视等问题。不动产估价课程的教学改革的重点一是加强案例分析与课堂讨论,增强学生分析问题、解决问题的能力;二是加强理论与生产实践相结合,观察、分析、解决生产、生活中出现的新现象、新问题;三是密切关注房地产市场、估价理论知识的变化与更新,掌握学科发展的新动向。

Abstract:
The teaching in real estate estimate curriculum,which is a wide range and practical course. There are many problems in the teaching such as the theoretical teaching aparting from the practice,unsatisfactory teaching material,less strengthening in the field practice. There are three key aspects of the improvements in the teaching of real estate estimate curriculum. The first, the teacher should strengthen the case analysis and the class discussion, which can improve the students' abilities of analysis and problem solving. The second, the theoretical teaching combine with the practices should be emphasized to observe,analyze and solve the new problems and phenomenon. The third, the new trends of the subject's development, the change and update of the real estate market and the estimate theoretical knowledge must be highly paid attention to.
