| 科技期刊编辑部可以根据各自的实际需要,从编委会、互联网络、各类基金项目获得者、学术会议、参考文献,以及作者推荐等各种渠道收集审稿专家信息,然后利用计算机Access软件建设和管理审稿专家数据库。审稿专家数据库的数据库名为ExpertDb,使用Access设计器创建主要字段后,实现了选择审稿专家、文稿评审、专家信息管理和数据查询功能模块。数据库操作界面简洁,能够根据科技论文的主题内容或者研究方向找到合适的审稿专家,能够为科技期刊编辑部动态管理审稿专家信息。 |

| Abstract: |
| Editorial department of sci-tech periodicals,according to its actual needs,can collect reviewers' information from various sources such as editorial board,the Internet,winners from various types of fund projects,academic conferences,references,and the author recommendation.Then these informations can be constructed and managed by Access software.The name of reviewer database is ExperDb.By using Access designer to set the major field,the selection of reviewer,manuscript evaluation,reviewer information management and database query can be achieved.The operation interface of database is simple.The database can provide suitable reviewer based on the content or research direction of scientific paper and dynamically mange the information of reviewers for sci-tech periodicals. |
