| Abstract: |
| In the development of software projects,requirement management shall be conducted by combining with the processes of the software projects. Generally, the software project can be divided, according to different characteristics, into six stages:planning, design, development, test, trial running, and maintenance etc. Therefore, the key points of requirement management and the desired effect in every stage shall be analyzed. The effective ways of demands confirmation and risk prevention strategy of demand management accepted by both software project manager and clients were determined based on previous project experience. |
