作物叶中蔗糖磷酸合成酶的生物学功能与调控的研究进展

摘要:
介绍转蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)的基本理化特性及SPS基因的克隆情况,综述利用转基因SPS植株研究作物叶中的SPS对光合作用产物的分配积累以及对作物的生长、发育、产量、品质、氮素转运的影响,以及SPS对高浓度二氧化碳的反应和SPS活性的调控等方面的研究进展。提出今后SPS的研究重点应该围绕解析SPS和磷酸蔗糖磷酸化酶(SPP)之间的关系,以及选育用于生产生物质能源的转SPS基因的甘蔗和木薯品种等方面开展。

Abstract:
Sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) is one of the key enzymes in the synthetic pathway of sucrose, which influenced the growth, development and yield of crop. In this review, the physical and chemical character of SPS, the effects of SPS on growth, development, and yield and quality of crop, the response to the high CO2 and the control and environment of SPS in crop leaf with transgenic plant were introduced. Advance research should be focus on the analysis of the relationship between SPS and sucrose-phosphate phosphatase (SPP).The breeding of sugarcane and cassava cultivars with transgenic SPS should be studyed for producing biomass energy.
