基于WLAN的嵌入式电子衡器数据传输系统设计与实现

摘要:
采用无中心拓扑结构构建WLAN环境,通过支持802.11协议的单片机设计实现嵌入式电子衡器数据传输系统。系统能够主动侦听并获取电子衡器串口(RS232)的称重数据,可以在同个网段使远程计算机与衡器设备进行联网并获取计量数据,可以通过在单片机发射端和客户机接受端都加装信号增益器和使用定向天线的方式实现在1300m的距离内有效传输数据。

Abstract:
A data transmission system for embedded electric balance on a single board computer compatible with 802.11 protocol which runs in WLAN environment of the construction of topology lack of a central control is describesed.The system can search,detect and catch weight data from the parallel port(RS232) of the electric balance and communicate between the remote computer and electric balance within the same segment.Data can be transmitted in as long as 1300m distance using a signal amplifier or beam antenna at either the single board computer emitter or client receiver.
