| 在阐述检测标准化技术在技术性贸易壁垒的作用的基础上,分析我国检测标准化技术的现状和问题。认为我国检测标准化技术滞后,仪器制造水平落后。建议尽快加强我国的检测标准化的技术性基础研究开发和推广工作,大力发展具有自主知识产权的民族仪器工业。 |
