共轭亚油酸异构化技术研究进展

摘要:
介绍共轭亚油酸(CLA)异构化技术的研究进展,评述异构CLA的碱性催化法、金属催化法和生物酶异构法。认为金属催化法效率高、成本低、经济环保,将成为今后工业化生产CLA的主要方法之一。构建高活性LA异构酶的基因工程菌是实现生物酶异构法产业化的重要前提。

Abstract:
The progress of isomerization technology of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) was introduced.The methods of alkaline catalysis,metal catalysis and bio-enzymes isomerization were discussed respectively.The results showed that metal catalysis was typical of high efficiency,low cost and low contamination.Constructing gene engineering strains which produce high activity LA isomerase was an important presupposition for realizing industrialization with bio-enzymes methods.
