巨尾桉叶挥发性成分的提取及成分分析

摘要:
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从巨尾桉叶中提取挥发油中的油相成分,用乙醚作为溶剂从蒸馏残液中萃取挥发油的水溶性物质,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法分析二者的化学成分并进行比较。巨尾桉叶挥发油油相成分的得油率为0.67%(W/W,以干重计),确认了32种成分,占油相部分总量的97.65%。主要成分为1,8-桉叶油素(39.70%),其后依次是α-蒎烯(22.03%)、α-松油醇(11.76%)、龙脑(5.78%)和乙酸松油酯(4.60%)等;水溶性成分的得油率为0.87%(W/W,以干重计),确认了32种成分,占水溶性部分总量的87.14%,异戊酸(15.03%)、1,8-桉叶油素(10.75%)、α-松油醇(9.85%)是水溶部分的主要成分。

Extraction and Determination of Volatile Constituents of Leaves from E.grandis×E.urophylla

Abstract:
The volatile constituents of leaves from E.grandis×E.urophylla,including oil fraction and water-soluble fraction,were extracted and determined.Oil fraction of volatile components was obtained through steam distillation.Ether was used as solvent to extract the water-soluble fraction of the volatile compounds from the left liquid after steam distillation in order to know the quantity and constituents of volatile compounds that dissolved in water phase.To the oil fraction,yield of oil was 0.67%(W/W,dry weight basis),and to the water-soluble fraction,it was 0.87%(W/W,dry weight basis).Both oil fraction and water-soluble fraction were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method.The results showed that 32 compounds that were 97.65% of the oil fraction were identified and 32 compounds that were 87.14% of the water-soluble fraction were identified.The major constituents in oil fraction were 1,8-cineole(39.70%),followed by α-pinene(22.03%),α-terpineol(11.76%),borneol(5.78%) and α-terpineyl acetate(4.60%).Isovaleric acid(15.03%),1,8-cineole(10.75%),α-terpineol(9.85%) were found to be the major compounds in watersoluble fraction.
