| 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定脑络通片中维生素B6的含量。色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5m),流动相:甲醇-0.01%三乙醇胺溶液(用磷酸调pH值至2.5)为1:99,检测波长291 nm。维生素B6含量测定的线性范围是10.6~95.4μg/ml,r=0.9998(n=6),回收率为99.28%,RSD=1.90%。本方法灵敏、简便、准确,可以用于脑络通片中维生素B6的含量测定。 |

| Methods of HPLC were applied with a C18 column,and the mobile phase of methanol-0.01% triethanolamine(adjust pH value 2.5 with phosphoric acid,1:99),and the detection wavelength was 291nm.Vitamin B6 was obtained in the range of 10.6~95.4μg/ml,r=0.9998(n=6).The average recovery rate was 99.28%,with RSD=1.90%.This method is sensitive simple,specific and accurate for the control of Naoluotong tablets. |
