| 分别用浓度为5mg/L、15mg/L、25mg/L、35mg/L赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、2,4-D处理亚麻(Linum usitatissimum L.)种子12h,在(20±1)℃恒温箱中培养7天后测定亚麻幼苗的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,采用最小显著差数法(LSD法)统计处理数据。结果表明,GA3可以显著提高亚麻幼苗的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量及保护酶活性;IAA能够显著提高亚麻幼苗的叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量,并使亚麻幼苗的SOD活性和POD活性降低;亚麻幼苗的叶绿素含量和CAT活性随NAA浓度的升高而增加;4种植物生长调节剂都能够调节亚麻幼苗的生长发育,其中GA3和IAA有较好的壮苗作用。 |

| This experiment studied the seed vigor of Linum usitatissimum L.under disposal of different concentrations of GA3,IAA,NAA and 2,4-D for 12h(20±1)℃,7d,in incubator.Determined chlorophyll content,activities of SOD,POD and CAT,and soluble protein.Summed up the data with LSD method.The result showed that GA3 could improve the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein and the activities of safeguard enzymes,but IAA could improve the content of chorophyll and soluble protein and reduced the activities of SOD and POD.Content of chlorophyll and activity of CAT increased with concentration of NAA.Four plant growth regulator could regulate the growth of L.usitatissimum L.,and the GA3 and IAA get the better growing seedling result. |
