| 分析项目管理中沟通出现的问题,提出项目管理的沟通方法。认为项目管理出现有效沟通不足、沟通成本过大、沟通时过于执着等问题,提出建立项目沟通计划、灵活运用各种沟通形式、尽早和主动沟通、保持畅通的沟通渠道和建立高效的沟通技巧等方法,以满足客户的需要,保证项目顺利完成。 |

| It is important to analyze problems of communication to propose methods of communication in project management.Project management has these problems such as insufficient communication,too much communication costs,too persistent in communication and so on.This paper supposed some methods such as establish project communication plan.Use all kinds of communication fashions,communicate as soon as possible,keep unblocked channel and use high-efficient communicative skills,etc.In order to meet demands of customers and to guarantce the project's success. |
