| 广西地区红面猴(Macaca arctoides)寄生虫的检查及防治 |

| 摘要: |
| 对广西地区红面猴进行寄生虫检查,查出体内寄生虫12种,其中肠道蠕虫:人蛔虫、结节线虫、毛首线虫、粪圆线虫、食道口线虫、蛲虫;肠道寄生原虫:阿米巴、结肠小袋纤毛虫、肠滴虫。肝囊原虫的感染率分别为野生猴组5%,中心猴组3%,平南猴组4.5%;查出体外寄生虫1种:猴虱,感染率分别为野生猴组7.8%,中心猴组0,平南猴组7.6%。同时感染2种虫的猴,野生猴组48.6%,中心猴组22.4%,平南猴组41.4%。同时感染3种虫以上,野生猴组36%,中心猴组4.5%,平南猴组35.2%。没有感染寄生虫的猴,野生猴组仅占3.9%,中心猴组34%,平南猴组6.5%,前者与后者差异不大(P>0.01),但两者与中心猴的差异极显著(P<0.01)。对寄生虫阳性猴进行全面治疗,结果表明:20%乳剂速灭杀丁对体外寄生虫有较好疗效。复方甲苯咪唑、肠虫清是治疗肠道蠕虫的理想药物。治疗原虫的药物以灭滴灵和喹碘为理想。而对食道口线虫及毛首线虫则用噻苯咪唑最有效。 |

| Parasite check of Macaca arctoides from Guangxi region was made. Twelve species parasites outside and inside body were found, six of which were intestinal worms.Three intestinal parasites were found and the infected rate was not significant between the monkey groups. The checked infected rates of Hepa-tocystis semnopitheci were as 5% of wild group,3% of breeding center group and 4.5% of Pingnan group. One outside parasite Pedicinus, was checked out which the infected rate was 7.8% of wild group, 0 of breeding center group and 7.6% of Pingnan group. The infected rate of 2 parasites in same monkey which the infected rate was 48.6% of the wild, 22.4% of the center and 41.4% of the Pingnan, Three species infected in same monkey was also found and the occurred rate was 36% of the wild,4.5% of the center and 35.2% of the Pingnan.There were 3.9% of monkey from the wild, 34% of the center and 6.5% of the Pingnan without parasite. There was not difference between the wild and the Pingnan, while there was significant difference between the center group and the wild, the center and the Pingnan. We treated infected monkey and showed that 20% fenvalerate and malathion was effective to the outside parasite, Mebendazolum,Albendazolulm was the ideal medicine for curing intestine worms, many medicine were used to cure Protozoan, lowever, most of them had strong side effects, of which metronidazole, chiniofon was better, the best medicine for Desophagostomiasis,Trichuris was Thiabendazole. |
