从土壤中分离到三株杆菌,经鉴定为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacilus cereas)、地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacilus licheniformis)。杆菌有水解淀粉的能力,并能利用葡萄糖产酸;在pH值2.2~7.0范围内有较高的存活率,能抵抗多种抗生素,是较为优良的益生素生产菌。 |

Abstract: |
Three strains Bacillus of probiotic producter were isolated from soil and identified as Bacillus cereas, Bacillus licheniformis. Studies on biological characteristics are showed that these bacteria are able to hydrolyse amylum, resistant to many antibiotics, utilize glucose and turn it to acid. They are suitable on the pH 2.2~7.0 and are good probiotics producer. |
