| 用人工模拟酸雨浸泡叶片法研究南宁市内羊蹄甲(Bauhinia purpurea),人面子(Dracontomelon duperreanum),扁桃(Mangifera persiciforma),榕树(Ficus microcarpa)阴香(Cinnamomum burmanni),果(Mangifera indica),蒲葵(Livistona chinensis)对酸雨的抗性。这些树种的叶片在人工模拟酸雨(pH值2)处理48h后,可见伤害指数分别为1,0.98,0.3,0.3,0.3,0.1,0。pH值6处理48h后,可见伤害指数均为0。表明,酸雨处理后这些树种的叶片主要出现褐色斑和水渍状斑。细胞膜透性明显增大,叶片细胞汁液pH值明显下降,过氧化氢酶活性随树种不同而异,羊蹄甲和人面子叶片过氧化氢酶活性受到明显抑制,蒲葵出现应激性升高。扁桃等其他树种在弱酸雨条件下加强而在强酸雨条件下明显受到抑制。且随酸雨pH值的下降和浸泡时间的延长而明显。 |

| Acid rain resistance of seven garden trees in Nanning was studied by means of soaking leaves in simulated acid rain. The results showed that the main damage symptoms in these tree leaves soaking in acid rain were brown spots and water stains. The membrane permeability rapidly increased but the pH values of cell sap considerably decreased.The effects of simulated acid rain on the activity of CAT varied with species. The activity in Bauhinia purpurea and Dracontomelon duperreanum was inhibited obviousely.But physiological adaptation to acid rain in Livistona chinensis was observed. While the activity of CAT in Mangifera persiciforma et al was promoted under weak acid rain conditions and it was inhibited obviousely in strong acid rain. Along with the treatment time extending and the pH values of acid rain decreasing. |
