龙虾叶状幼体聚缩虫病防治的研究

摘要:
对防治龙虾叶状幼体聚缩虫病采用多种药物、多种措施进行对比试验,表明投金藻、扁藻、光合细菌和丰年虫幼体,优化培育水体生态环境,改善叶状幼体营养,提高叶状幼体自洁力,加速叶状幼体发育变态,适当调高盐度以恶化聚缩虫的生存环境,及时清除丰年虫卵壳等污物,能有效地防治龙虾叶状幼体聚缩虫病.

Abstract:
Many comparative experiments were carried out with drugs and measures to prevent and cure Zoothamnium of the phyllosoma of lobster, Panulirus.It was discovered that adding Dicrateria sp, Platymonas sp., photosynthetic bacteria and Artemia salina nauplii to the culturewater could effectively Prevent and cure the Zoothamnium diseaese of panulirus phyllosoma through improving the water's ecological environment and the nutrition of-phyllosoma,advancing their selvescleaning ability, quickening their development and metamorphosis, and properly increasing the salinity to deteriorate the survival environment of Zoothamnium sp., so that clearing away the dirt such as the eggshells of Artemia in time.
